Chicks are straight run $3/each or 20/$50. Hatching eggs are $20 for the first dozen and $15 for each additional dozen. You can mix and match with other breeds. I have been raising my Rhode Island Red flock for about 8 years and have brought in blood lines from multiple sources, including deep red heritage Rhode Island Reds. The two very dark ones that look almost black in the pictures are actually a beautiful deep red. This is a calm breed that lays 250+ eggs per year.
